Tretizen-10 is an oral drug manufactured by Zen Labs. The main active substance of the drug is Isotretinoin (commonly known as Accutane), which is a retinoid and vitamin A derivative. It is used to treat severe acne that does not respond to any other treatments, including antibiotics.

In addition to acne, Rosacea, perioral dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, folliculitis, granuloma annulus, sarcoidosis, different keratinization disorders, and photo-aging are among the indications for using the drug.
