Our accepted methods of payment
We are one of the few online steroid shops that take major credit cards as a form of payment.
However, we encourage that first-time customers (using credit cards) place orders of no more than $750. Any clients wishing to place orders of more than $750 should ideally pay via bank transfer, money transfer (such as MoneyGram) or alternatively via Bitcoin.
Using Bitcoin as a payment option does not require any verification, and also guarantees anonymity. Clients who choose this method are rewarded with a 10% discount on large orders.
Future repeat clients will receive a discount on each new order and will be able to pay with a credit card regardless of the amount.
How is my payment handled?
We may ask you to verify your order after you’ve made a credit card payment, which is why it’s crucial that we have your current phone number.

Why hasn’t my credit card been charged after I placed an order?

My delivery address is different from the billing address
This isn’t a big issue; as long as the name on the credit card and the shipment destination names match. However, if our internet payment gateway provider advises us to double check this order, please be aware that we may require additional verification if this happens.
If your billing country is not the same as your delivery country, we will advise you on an alternative method of payment.
Is it possible to pay by bank transfer, and if so, what are the benefits of doing so?
Any order paid by bank transfer is eligible for a 5% discount and in addition we’ll also cover the bank transfer fees. For example, if you want to pay via bank transfer and your order is $400, the total you’ll need to send is $400 minus $20 (a 5% discount) and minus $40, (which would be the bank transfer charge in that case) which in total equals to $340.
If your order total exceeds $750, we will give you a 10% discount on top of any other discounts you may be eligible for (being a returning customer, if you have a promotion code or any special promotion discounts we are currently offering). We will also deduct the associated bank transfer fees from your order in advance.
European customers can make international bank transfer payments to our EU bank account using Uberweisung (German bank transfers) or IBAN transfers. SEPA transfers are free, for which you will receive a 10% discount on all your orders.
Payments made via bank transfers are handled and cleared within 1-2 business days and does not require any verification. This method results in you receiving your order sooner.

Is it possible that there may be a shipping delay?

Is a signature necessary for proof of delivery, and if so, why?
Yes, our shipping method needs your signature upon arrival. This enables us to dispute any chargebacks in the event that a consumer receives their product but then later falsely claim they never received it.

Only after 72 hours will the tracking code become useable. My tracking code shows that my parcels aren’t moving
Typically, this occurs when things are held at customs and are awaiting clearance. This does not imply that there is an issue necessarily. My order has been delivered, but items from my order are missing
