Stay up to date on whether payment verification for your order has been approved, declined, or pending.
Once payment has been approved, check if your order is ready to be shipped, in the process of being shipped, or if it was seized by customs, check the status of the reshipping.
MY ORDER TRACKING CODE
Log in to your account on our website, and go to Order History to find your tracking code once it becomes available.
We will also email your delivery tracking code to you within 2-5 business days after your order has been paid and dispatched from our warehouse.

For orders that have not arrived in the USA yet, or orders being delivered to another country.
