Tretizen-10 is an oral drug manufactured by Zen Labs. The main active substance of the drug is Isotretinoin (commonly known as Accutane), which is a retinoid and vitamin A derivative. It is used to treat severe acne that does not respond to any other treatments, including antibiotics.
In addition to acne, Rosacea, perioral dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, folliculitis, granuloma annulus, sarcoidosis, different keratinization disorders, and photo-aging are among the indications for using the drug.

Accutane side effects
The most typical side effects of Isotretinoin use include extremely dry skin, chapped lips, itchy hands and feet, and severe skin dryness. Skin irritation and mucous membrane irritation are both possible.
Situations when dry skin is exposed to sunlight make it worse. You should completely give up sunbathing and wear sunscreen while undergoing therapy. Impaired liver function is another unfavorable side effect.
